Trauma Informed, Compassionate Counselling
A supportive space to understand how you arrived where you are, explore what may be keeping you there, and begin finding a new way forward.
I am a newly qualified counsellor with eight years of experience supporting people as a clinical hypnotherapist and coach. That experience has taught me that meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and supported in finding their own way forward.
I support people who are navigating trauma, grief, self-worth, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and difficult life transitions. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. We begin with where you are.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I draw from narrative, solution-focused, and existential therapies, along with inner-child work, timeline work, and nervous-system-informed practices. The way we work together is shaped by who you are, what you need, and what feels safe and meaningful to you.
I view counselling as a collaborative process that supports greater understanding of how past experiences, beliefs, and relational patterns may be influencing present-day challenges. Through compassionate exploration, you can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your capacity for choice, and create change that aligns with your values and goals.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to offer a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and explore a new way forward.
You do not need to have the right words. You only need to begin where you are.
